Tomorrow International and MAZAK Taiwan Held a Seminar on Multi-Axis Machining with ENCY CAD/CAM system

One of the main highlights was a live demonstration of the MAZAK INTEGREX i-250H S multi-tasking machine, programmed and simulated using ENCY CAD/CAM software. The workflow centered around the machining of artificial joint components, showing how ENCY CAM handles complex multi-axis operations—from toolpath generation and kinematic simulation to real-time process validation. The demonstration attracted strong interest from attendees looking for reliable solutions to real-world production challenges.
Mr. Lin Yao-Tsan, General Manager at Tomorrow International, shared practical insights during the seminar. He spoke about how ENCY CAD/CAM system helps improve machining efficiency, how it’s being applied to multi-axis operations in industries like medical and general manufacturing, and how ENCY Robot is making automation easier to adopt. He highlighted ENCY’s all-in-one platform, which supports both CNC machine and robot programming in a single, user-friendly environment. This unified workflow helps companies shorten lead times and transition faster to smart production.
The event also featured a demonstration of ENCY Robot’s offline programming capabilities. Applications such as welding, cutting, polishing, spraying, and part handling were all set up using an intuitive visual interface, showing how ENCY Robot simplifies automation and helps companies deploy flexible production cells with minimal setup time.
Overall, the seminar clearly demonstrated the value of combining MAZAK’s high-performance equipment with ENCY’s intelligent software tools. Together, they offer a practical and powerful solution for companies looking to modernize their manufacturing with greater precision, flexibility, and speed.
