Tebis AG Announces New Board Structure to Drive Strategic Growth
Tebis AG, a Munich-based provider of CAD/CAM and MES software solutions, has unveiled a new management structure effective from early 2025. This strategic realignment introduces a four-member Board of Directors, marking the culmination of a transformation initiative that commenced in 2022.
The restructured board comprises:

Jens Lüdtke, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO): Leading Tebis Consulting since 2013, Lüdtke also chairs the Marktspiegel Werkzeugbau Association and lectures at Hochschule Schmalkalden. As CSO, he will oversee corporate strategy, the development of new business areas, and the evolution of the company's organizational structure.

Reiner Schmid, Chief Operating Officer (COO): With 27 years at Tebis, Schmid has managed product management and led the CAD/CAM software division. In his new role, he will be responsible for the overall activities of the product divisions, focusing on technology and innovation.

Robert Aulbur, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO): Formerly Head of Strategic Sales and Managing Director at Tebis ProLeiS GmbH, Aulbur will now oversee national and international marketing, sales, and support units, as well as the establishment of strategic alliances and cooperative efforts.
The company's founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Bernhard Rindfleisch, emphasized that this new structure aims to establish clear responsibilities, strengthen innovative capacity, and prepare the company for future challenges.
This leadership transition also includes the departure of Dr. Thomas Wrede, who served as CEO for 12 years. Rindfleisch acknowledged Wrede's significant contributions, including the international expansion of Tebis and the integration of the ProLeiS MES solution into the company's portfolio. Wrede also played a pivotal role in advancing the company's strategy and implementing the OKR system, contributing to Tebis's transformation into an agile organization.
