Jump to Cut in CIMCO Edit 2025 and NC Machine Simulation
Instead of manually scrubbing through the simulation timeline, you can now simply right-click on the simulated stock and select “Jump to Cut.” The simulation will instantly jump to the exact toolpath or NC line that machined that part of the stock, updating the simulated material state right at that point.
Spot a gouge? Just right-click the affected area of the stock model and immediately see how the tool interacted with the part at that moment in time. With Jump to Cut, you get direct navigation, instant context, and clear insight — without wasting time scrolling through the timeline.
This makes it easier to identify issues, verify tool engagement, and ensure part quality before running your program on the actual machine.
